OID: Stands for Object Identifier. It's a general term for an identifier that uniquely distinguishes one object from another. A UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) can be given as an example of an OID. In our context, however, OIDs are the unique subdomains of the websites under this domain that separate them from one another.
.SH: A filename extension commonly used for shell scripts on Unix-like systems. Shell scripts are text files containing a syntax that executes commands in a specified way. They can accomplish a wide variety of tasks, from scheduling jobs to running backups. In this case, we use them to manage the services under this domain. While it could be done with other programming languages, using a shell script is the most stylish way when your domain ends with .sh.
